No Quibble Returns: We want you to love your Stars and Snuggles products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product does not quite fit the bill.
IMPORTANT NOTES: We are happy to accept returns in line with the UK’s Distance Selling Regulation 2000 within 14 days of receipt so long as the goods are unused and in perfect resalable condition. All labels and swing tags must be intact and attached. The original delivery note must accompany the returned item(s). Customers are however, responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment, however, we regret that the original postage and packing charges are a direct cost and cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty. We always advise recorded delivery as we are not responsible for items going missing in the post. We do not refund customized items unless faulty. Please measure carefully as instructed, and double check spellings, as you won’t be able to return the item if you get it wrong.
A faulty item: In the unlikely event, that you discover a product is faulty, over and above normal wear and tear, please advise us as soon as possible at email@example.com. We may ask you to send a photograph of the damage. We will refund or exchange the product and reimburse the postage you paid.
