Delivery times shown are from the day after you order is placed. Our checkout page will calculate the exact postage and packing costs for you before you commit to buy, but a guideline is set out below: -
FREE UK Delivery on all orders. We aim to deliver to you within 1-3 working days and mail out using Hermes Tracked Service. Each item will have a tracking number which is sent to you on dispatch. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timescale then please check the tracking number here to see where your parcel is (https://www.track-parcel.co.uk/myhermes/
). Please note: There is no signature required for this service and we will attempt to deliver your items up to 3 times before the item/s are returned to us.
For all orders we also offer the following delivery options: -
Standard Tracked UK Delivery: £3.95. This will reach you within 3-5 working days of your order
First Class Tracked UK Delivery: £4.95. This will reach you within 1-2 working days of your order
Tracked & Signed for Next Day*: £8.95. Orders must be placed before midday for them to deliver the next working day. For next day delivery on orders placed during the weekend or after midday on Friday please expect delivery on the following Tuesday. Please note: a signature will be required.
*Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer, and express delivery cannot be guaranteed next day.
Overseas Delivery: A variable delivery charge will apply according the country and destination and total weight of your delivery. When you proceed to the checkout our site will calculate the price for you. International orders 2kg and below are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked (Please note this is not a signed for service).
Orders above 2kg are despatched via Parcelforce (signed for service). Please allow up to 30 days for international delivery.
Europe: Starts at £10.00 and depends on the weight of your order.
USA & Canada: Starts at £15.00 and depends on the weight of your order.
Australia & New Zealand: Starts at £15.00 and depends on the weight of your order.
If for any reason you delivery / shipping cannot be calculated at checkout please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we should be able to give you confirmation of delivery charges.
Choice of Delivery Address: You can choose to receive your delivery at home, or at work, or you can send it as a gift to a lucky recipient’s address – please remember if it is a gift you could include a hand written Dippy Greeting Card for only £2.50.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout. In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 10 days for UK deliveries and 30 days for overseas deliveries), please contact us in writing at email@example.com. Please note there is a 14-day cooling down period (from date of postage) before we will take action on lost or missing parcel sent by Royal Mail or Hermes delivery.
No Quibble Returns: We want you to love your Stars and Snuggles products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product does not quite fit the bill.
IMPORTANT NOTES: We are happy to accept returns in line with the UK’s Distance Selling Regulation 2000 within 14 days of receipt so long as the goods are unused and in perfect resalable condition. All labels and swing tags must be intact and attached. The original delivery note must accompany the returned item(s). Customers are however, responsible for all return shipping costs. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using your original form of payment, however, we regret that the original postage and packing charges are a direct cost and cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty. We always advise recorded delivery as we are not responsible for items going missing in the post. We do not refund customized items unless faulty. Please measure carefully as instructed, and double check spellings, as you won’t be able to return the item if you get it wrong.

A faulty item: In the unlikely event, that you discover a product is faulty, over and above normal wear and tear, please advise us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
. We may ask you to send a photograph of the damage. We will refund or exchange the product and reimburse the postage you paid.
